Count The Cost

Prologue:

Before receiving “Count The Cost”, I was reading through the comments posted to the initial video for MCIL, where I came across a question posed by one of the viewers. This individual had asked, if she didn’t vote for Trump then who should she vote for, because she wasn’t choosing the other option. Lord interrupted my thoughts and began to address the comment with His own response.

In previous words the Lord has given pretty clear instructions about where the Church is to stand in terms of the upcoming election, but at the end of the day, we have to choose whether to align with the Lord’s will or not. There are always consequences when we don’t. That’s why it is so important for us, His children, to continually seek Him for direction, even when it comes to politics.

A Legal Transaction Occurs

What He reminded me of was this: that when we as a nation, with our collective voice (meaning our vote) come into agreement with evil, like with the acceptance of abortion, a legal transaction occurs in the spiritual realm and grants the enemy permission to hold ground, and, more importantly, it also gives him greater influence over the course of the nation.

That’s why there is so much at stake with the upcoming election, as all the candidates in the running are pro-abortion, which means that if “we the people” give our consent to any of them, we in essence, are making a deal with the devil.

The Lord highlighted Ephesians 6:12

“For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.”

The word I kept hearing was “abstain”, which is, when used as a political term: to choose not to vote.

Prophetic Word: A 3rd Option Exists

Then I heard this:

So while a third option does exist, very few will count it as having any merit. For to them, the withholding of one’s vote during an election is simply un-American, as they have been conditioned to get out and vote even when the nominees listed on the ballot are far from ideal, for surely must the people elect one of the candidates in the running to represent them as ‘Head of State’.

Abstain

And since the right to vote is guaranteed to every American, abstaining from the electoral process is counted by these children as squandering that privilege, though the ability to abstain is, in itself, a demonstration of personal freedom. Yet who would dare to make such a reckless move and refuse to vote when the future of America is seemingly at stake (even though the candidates offered are not actually God-fearing men)? For are not their platforms tainted by compromise, greed, and perversion?

Sadly, I would wager [meaning: with certainty] that answer to be very few, for already a considerable number of believers have decided that Trump is their man, and thus intend to vote for him even though he has declared himself to be pro-abortion. For in their eyes, this public admission did not disqualify him from receiving their support, thus does he still remain their preferred candidate, as they have deemed him America’s best bet for reclaiming her wealth and prosperity.

Then to abstain from voting would be a ridiculous notion to these believers, as they do not possess a Kingdom first mindset, for surely is every aspect of their lives, especially politics, viewed from the lens of this temporal plane, where each circumstance encountered is addressed using their own form of reasoning, and thus to vote for Trump would only be logical as they see nothing unacceptable about him.

An Unwillingness Within

So while, in the past, Trump’s pro-abortion stance might have elicited some concerns within the Church, however, with most who regard themselves as “Christians”, this fact is now being intentionally overlooked, for in their hearts dwells an unwillingness to raise any kind of objections against Trump that could throw off his chances to be re-elected, and thus allow the other candidate to win. For surely are they fearful of that idea becoming a reality.

Then as the day of the upcoming election draws ever nearer, less is the likelihood that the Church will make a unified stand against Trump and his pro-abortion position. For with most believers, saving the lives of the preborn is less than significant, as they do not count that battle as theirs to fight, and so have “washed their hands” of the entire matter, thinking that by being noncommittal lets them off the hook.

We Have The Authority

[Pilate could see Jesus was innocent; he had the authority to prevent the injustice from happening, but refused to get involved. He instead left Jesus’ fate in the hands of the mob. The point the Lord is making here by drawing this comparison, is that we, as believers, have the authority in Christ to affect real and lasting change in the earth, but too often stop short because we don’t want to be bothered with getting involved, since it will require something of us that we aren’t prepared to give. The Lord showed me that, like Pilate, many believers are attempting to wash their hands of the abortion issue by trying to ignore its existence; but that is not going to work.]

Have I Not Issued The Command?

Then He continued:

Ah but have I not already issued the command to the entire contingent of My soldiers, declaring that all have been called up to fight in the ongoing war over life happening in America? Yet very few are the number who have responded to that order, as most are overly preoccupied with the latest political news, and so have their ears been dulled to the sound of My voice. Even still is that not an excuse for their negligence, as I do not find their indifference towards the plight of the preborn to be acceptable. For surely that which troubles My heart should also trouble theirs.

Those of you, then, who have opted not to fight in this battle over life, should reconsider your decision and realign yourselves in accordance with where I am standing. For your low assessment of the importance of this war has not been accurate, and as such, must you closely examine the determiners used to arrive at that conclusion. For it would appear that you have been relying upon the faculties of your ‘outer man’ instead of upon those of the spirit.

God says: This Is My Main Objective!

Then to you who have abdicated your responsibility in this battle to save the preborn, do I say, “Think again! For the main thrust of the current battle unfolding in America is centered upon the ending of abortion, as that is My main objective at this time, and is thereby the reason I have issued the order to My soldiers to abstain from voting as long as a candidate in the running is pro-abortion. For if this nation decides to elect as president one who holds to that position, that decision shall surely be regrettable, for the ramifications in both the temporal and spiritual plane shall be long-lasting and eternal.”

Then do I say to My own, “Carefully consider what you shall do, for surely is there more riding on this election than simply which party will win the presidency, as in all likelihood shall the enemy reclaim the authority which he recently lost. For the American people, of their own volition, shall give it back to him. Therefore, don’t rush in and vote before counting the cost!”

The Revolution Has Begun

Prologue:   Back on June 12, the Lord spoke of a revolution that has begun here in America. He then gave me a word which primarily focused on a remnant that He is raising up in this hour, which He likened to the “Minutemen” of the revolutionary war.   Just to be clear, the Lord

A Matter Of Opinion (Or Is It?)

Introduction:   “No uterus, no opinion”, is just one of the many slogans and idioms exclaimed at abortion rallies by activists and their supporters; shouting at the top of their overworked lungs as a two-fold means to both silence and intimidate their opponents, as well as, rally their cohorts to join them in the “fight”

More Than Mere Semantics

Intro:   It would seem that in our modern society words are no longer the fixed building blocks of language they have been since, well, the creation of verbal and written communication. Indeed, it’s more than mere semantics, as words and their usage have become something more fluid and amorphous, shaped into whatever the speaker
