Does the Church in America stand, for she has bowed her heart before an earthly king.
Obstinate
A stubborn lot
Surely is she set in her ways, and thus, unwilling to change. So shall the Church carry the old into the new as if the season had not shifted.
Unprepared
Unready
Even ill-equipped for the coming adversity, for these children have placed their hopes in a mere man to secure America’s future.
A foolish choice
A brash decision
Yet what has been done cannot now be undone, for that opportunity has indeed passed. And so shall the Church in America bear the responsibility for her grave error in judgment.
Justification
Rationalization
Tactics used by the guilty to excuse their disobedience, yet were both of these behaviors recently employed by the Church in order to support her decision to compromise with depravity.
Deliberate
Intentional
Did she knowingly come into agreement with the enemy, and in so doing abdicated her authority.
Rotting fruit
Diseased branches
A desolate field shall she become. Thus in vain does the Church labor, for her hands are filled with corruption.
Defiled
Tainted
For she has made evil her friend.
Debauchery
Perversion
Bloodshed
Has she willfully welcomed in to inhabit her land, for she believed this to be the only route back to lasting prosperity.
Great days
Terrible days
A season of judgment
Inescapable
Certain and sudden
The consequence of her rebellion.
Shaking
Shaking
And even more shaking shall ensue, for then shall the rotting fruit be dislodged from amongst her branches and the dead limbs discarded so that new growth can abound.
The line was drawn
The options laid
Yet did the overwhelming majority of the Church side against Me.
A sad reality
An unfortunate truth
Nonetheless, did she fail to pass this test of her faith; as such have her true loyalties been exposed.
Unbelieving
Double-minded
Though these children count themselves as steadfast in their belief, as those who do not hold any doubts about who I am, yet as the saying goes, “Actions speak louder than words!”
A distorted lens
Clouded judgment
The filter: a selfish agenda.
Murky
Darkened with fear
As such was the spiritual atmosphere.
Even still is the Church without an excuse for aligning herself with the wicked and immoral practices of men.
“We had no other choice!”
“He was our only option!”
Still was excuse after excuse offered for the choice she did make, and so unheeded were My repeated warnings to abstain.
Unexpected
Unforeseen
Nonetheless, a reaping has come.
Chaotic
Confusing
For in this season shall there be much upheaval and turbulence. Yet shall the responsibility for these trying days be leveled upon others, though the Church only has herself to blame.
“Be ye forewarned, be ye forewarned! Prepare for the impending manifestation of judgment!”
“So whoever knows the right thing to do and fails to do it, for him it is sin.” -James 4:17
